• Authorized AutoCAD dealer, 1990-1997. Sold and installed AutoCAD software and CAD hardware to clients throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Built this phase of Island CAD up to $350,000 in sales per year with 5 employees. Island CAD also provided residential and commercial design and drafting services, averaging 20 residential plan sets per year, plus civil engineering and commercial projects' design and drafting.
• 1998-Present. Island CAD left the hardware and software sales business to concentrate on providing residential and commercial design. Approximately 350 custom homes designed by Island CAD in the period 1990 to 2005, in addition to commercial projects.
