Medford Water Commission (MWC) is seeking a Water Engineering Director.

Will oversee capital plan implementation, land development, engineering standards, engineering operations, ensure proper engineering procedures are followed; oversee the Engineering/Conservation departments, and will work to develop the engineering team. Requires highly skilled professional engineering work in the design and construction of water system facilities.

Minimum qualifications to include a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 10 years of progressively responsible supervisory and professional engineering experience in a water related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; must be a Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon. Ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver’s license; background investigation required.
