will work within a multi-disciplinary team on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors (power, transport, built environment, water). You will be part of a dynamic environmental practice who work collaboratively with various Mott MacDonald’s regional and global teams to deliver environmental and social (E&S) studies.

This role will suit an outgoing individual who wants to be part of a growth business in this specialist area and help lead the delivery of E&S consultancy in a fast moving, client focused commercial environment. You will be office based however there will be a requirement to undertake site visits and attend client meetings within Indonesia and the Southeast Asia region.

This will be a client-facing role expected to lead the current E&S resources in Indonesia (which operates as an integral component of Mott MacDonald’s East Asia E&S team). The role will provide leadership on inputs for environmental and social aspects across a range of projects, working closely with other disciplines to ensure both project objectives are delivered successfully, within budget and to programme.
This will be a client-facing role expected to lead the Advisory resources in Indonesia reporting to the Jakarta based Advisory Sector Leader.

Candidate Specification

• Degree in environmental science/engineering or other majors, relevant to a core environmental, social or ecology discipline. Post-graduate qualifications will be a plus.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications relevant to Environmental Sciences
• Certified AMDAL team leader preferred
• 12–15 years experience in delivering environmental studies, particularly, AMDAL/EIA/ESIA and ESDD
