JOB DESCRIPTION

The CTO will be a key person in the organization and will work in close partnership with the CEO. The CTO will develop a deep understanding of our product to bring it to utility scale applications and is critical to the support the company's growth. She/he will strengthen further the current corporate culture, organization, structure to complement product market fit and improve strategic planning.

• Strategic planning, product roadmap;
• Team & product development;

• Grow company’s technical knowledgebase;

• Support companies’ growth.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Desire to have a lasting impact on the future of our planet;
• Proven track record in complex industrial product development, deployment and management;
• Mechanical/industrial engineer or related;
• Entrepreneurial, start-up, venture capital experience;
• B2B and high-growth company experience;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to plan and deploy projects;
• Business management, including budgets, project financing, operations, etc. are great assets;
• Assets: French-speaking, Marine/ocean experience, worked in cleantech, desalination or water industries.
