ASSET MANAGEMENT MANAGER

SALARY: $158,100 – $201,884
Valley Water, one of the largest water districts in the State of California, is looking for an Asset Management Manager to oversee all of Valley Water's assets across the organization.
This position will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of more than 20,000 assets records that support the operation and preservation of ten dams and surface water reservoirs, three water treatment plants, an advanced recycled water purification center, state-of-the-art water quality laboratory, nearly 400 acres of groundwater recharge ponds, and more than 275 miles of streams.
Valley Water's assets are valued at approximately $10 billion and this position will oversee the computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that manages the repairs and replacement of the agencies assets. This position reports to the Assistant Operating Officer/Deputy Operating Officer and oversees a staff of 7 and operating budget of $3.25 million.
