We are searching for a passionate and collaborative Water/Wastewater Engineer that carries a positive can-do approach, takes ownership and pride in their work, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
Position Focus
- Water/Wastewater public agency projects including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, gravity sewer replacement projects, and more…
- Act as a supportive group leader and manage a team to prepare plans, specifications, reports, and studies for water/wastewater projects.
- Work directly with clients on project needs and support the company in collaborative business development efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering is desired.
- Ability to communicate effectively to others, both written and verbally, including clients.
- Proven track record of contributing to bringing in new and repeat client business, and the ability to contribute to do so with a new team.
- At least 10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater Engineering is desired.
The most important priority is finding the right personality that will fit this position – someone who can be hands on with clients and communicate well to others.
