Tasik Chini Research Center

TASIK Chini is one of Unesco’s many Biosphere Reserves worldwide. It is part of a global effort to develop sustainable ecosystems, efforts that would enable a mutual learning culture between the biospheres identified by Unesco. Of three kinds — terrestrial, marine and coastal — their objective is to maintain biodiversity within the context of sustainable use.
