tn5 transposase tagmentation

is a hyperactive form of Tn5 transposase. This enzyme can be used to randomly insert Tn5 transposon into target DNA. Robust Tn5 Transposase recognizes inside end sequences, outside end sequences and mosaic end sequences of Tn5 transposon.
