DATA ANALYST, GLOBAL WATER PROGRAM

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work closely with cutting-edge global water and climate datasets, e.g., Aqueduct suite of tools, publicly available satellite imagery, and global hydrological model outputs. You will assess water and physical climate risks for governments, development banks and multi-national corporations, support the development of machine learning algorithms for near-real time water quantity and quality monitoring and forecasts, and assist in data-driven analysis and project development in China. To carry out these tasks, you must work with teams and colleagues across the WRI’s Global Water Program as well as international offices in the US, China, and India. This role is based in Beijing, China, and reports to the Senior Manager for the Global Water Program.
