When dosing Sodium-Metabisulfite you will mostly eliminate chlorine. It is dosed as a disinfection chemical before RO or it is delivered by muni water source and will be destroid by Sodium-Metabisulfite. With usage of Sodium-Metabisulphite some disadvantage follow:

Destroy chlorine from muni with Atlantium‘s HOD-UV systems.
