Arc SWAT Vs HEC GEO HMS

It is very difficult to understand the major differences of using Arc SWAT and HEC Geo HMS for watershed delineation.
I want to know the basics of using Arc SWAT rather than HEC Geo HMS.

Basicaly they are the Hydrology tools from spatial analist
it is important to have a correct DEM projected and arcswat does the rest for you!
