In my opinion both the red and blue curve are positive, the red curve I feel is better as it indicates a zone of low resistivity at deeper levels too around 60-80 m and this place woudl probably have an unconfined system at a depth of 8-20 m and a confined system at about 60-80 m.  If it is a basement formation you probably will need to install casing down to 20 meters.
