You can not modify Mineral water! (only aeration to remove the excess iron, and max 1 micron filter to remove sediment/sand). If you do some modifications - you can not call it Mineral water, but Drinking water. Please clarify first what exactly you want to produce Mineral (premium) or cheap modified Drinking water.
