Germany had good experience in this subject. Attached the Wastewater Decentraliztion National Framework for Jordan. We are in the phase of Institutionalising this concept in Jordan, with the help from German experts and funded by DAAD.

probably a good case study to look at in this field is the Saudi Arabia Industrial Cities (Jubail and Yanbu) regulations and managment system for industrial wastewater treatment and reuse.
