In this case is to better to use 60 m3/m2/day to calculate the section of the filters if money s not problem.

Using a upstream clarifier you can use, too, a sludge treatament in separate.

The turbidity is small or medium so, you can use an upstream clarifier. The Filter washing water is the problem due to the high volume. But if this is not a problem I would prefer this.
