Hi Hamadi  Thanks for your feedback! I'm actually going to do a small pilot study with VF and HF to ascertain which is best. I have attached the water quality results - yes I would actually prefer to have less N-removal as the water will used for agriculture. Thanks for your advice, regards Megan
