Is this cost effective for 30 ppm NH3?
pH to 12, remove ammonia, then adjust pH back to 7? What about the salt thus produced?

Not a good idea to move a pollutant from one environmental compartment (water) to another (air)!

Righ Steve, even thou we still ignore flowrate, thence CapEx and OpEx (and plume effect downwards the cascade aerator/stripper).
