Water's a finite resource and it appears the only way we can control it is to meter things, be more precise about the usage and protect legitimate users who have been using water for years in their agricultural business into the future. But what about the charging water to the poor farmers in asian countries ? and giving water for nominal charges to the industries. According to me we should teach farmers good practices to of using water, give them good technology dont only think about charging money from them.
