Dear Prem Babu, Sameer, Trudi... Thank you for your replies. What was desired was Aeration without any mechanical or electrical power. However, yesterday my client retained the cascade aerator I had provided in the design and dropped their request for baffled aeration fountain ( having no electric or mechanical power).
