Energy saving in water and waste water treatment plant

Trust you're well.

I am an Electrical and automation engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the MENA region, coupled with a strong track record in delivering sizable projects , in water and waste water treatment plant , industrial automation and other engineering functions.

I am currently venturing into energy saving in water and waste water treatment plants. 

I would like to know how can I contact the facilities that own the water and waste treatment plants and whether they are looking at energy savings. If I could meet with someone and learn . If they are not could I study their facility and try to find a potential savings?

Also if I could meet with any member on this site that has made an energy saving project and learn.
