Hi. Agreeing with Mr. T Vasconi. 150db level would be fine.
But it is apt for communities to become aware as to for what intent the alarm is being sounded. Thiscis best done by regularly testing them and having Emergency Drills.
All these will go a long way if the civic municipal and Police bodies are also associated.
