There is a lot of methods that you can apply in this regards, but it will treat a certain volume of water per day and it will be only for drinking purposes per households. This methods includes the following:

1. Reverse Osmosis,

2. Iron exchange, and,

3. Package plant.

 

This three is only meant for removing fluorides into water.
