Run a full Chemical analysis first including BOD,COD and TSS. Without it you can't get the right answer for the right treatment. As the concentration of the grey-water varies during the day get more than one sample at different times.

Also gather flow rates throughout the day so you can determine your mass flow and peak flow. Greywater contamination and flow tends to vary throughout the day and you will need this to size your treatment system for upstream peak flow or to design a surge tank (unless you choose to send that greywater to waste during these periods).
