The issue of ground water is common, to solve the problem you need the following: 

  1. Differ boreholes,
  2. Sumps/ Reservoir to blend direct water from different boreholes,
  3. Package plant to treat water from the sumps/reservoirs,
  4. Disinfection process, and ;
  5. Sumps/Reservoir for storage before can supply to the community.

The way you are saying/ explaining it, the water won't get retention time.
