since most treatment facilities are grossly out dated and still using chlorine it might be better for the industry if you designed your software based upon a non chlorine process. Microbial cleansing of water has been going on for a few billion years.  Man has found their mistakes and now knows how to use microbes that return this biological function back to nature.  Your new software would set a precedent throughout the industry.

Special note: All future space travel at a minimum will require a 100% recycle technology.  I have completed my work on the designs. Next step are the software programs for each function.  Now that the design phase is complete they appear to have moved up mars missions for man by 20 years.  Your idea will be needed very soon.
