YAH ABOVE IT VERY GOOD PRECAUTIONS.
Also keep some medications like Panadol/Antibiotics/Antiacid,Gastic tablets/Flagyl etc every person is very important.
There food high nutrient's and calorie biscuit's are available in the market.If eat one per day enough for energy for one day.
Also Warmblankets.
