Depends of the client, I don't know BEWG but most of the worldwide water companies and the WWTP they built and operate in Latin America are mostly a mesh.
If the water authorities are corrupt, no matter how much renowned or competitive (less of the cases) is the supplier, the water regulation would not be obeyed and by hardly and artificially can say 20% of LatAm wastewater is due treated, realistic no more than 10%.
The contractors and suppliers company are mostly of Spain but also from France, USA, Germany, Israel, Holland, Canada, etc; as well national ones, but all of them with failing building and commissioning results for public and private sectors.
