Hi Riyaz,

I'm afraid that there is no easy answer for our question as many factors can affect permeate flow through any RO system.

• How is the current recovery % compare to design?
• What is the SDI value of feed water?
• How is the normalized permeate flow, salt passage and differential pressure compared to the one obtained for the new membranes?
• How old are the membranes?
• Membrane cleaning, how have been don and how many times?

And the list goes on. You probably will need a consultant or a treatment program supplier to help you.
