Hi Bibilore, I see from your phone number you are based in Nigeria.  You may want to contact a supplier in South Africa of such a product. The company is called BioPower and you can find them on their website, or alternatively e.mail pieter@biopowercorp.co.za. Their product is a bacterial mix that is specifically designed for sludge and difficult organics.  I am sure there are a number of suppliers, but I have had personal experience with this one and have observed the effectiveness on an oxidation pond that has been full of sludge. However be aware that it will of course cost something for the biological agent and there may not be any overall cost savings.  Good luck.
