Hi Shiva,  if you are looking for small and medium sized production units, South Africa has a few small enterprises making these, one who has a good experience producing about 8% sodium hypochlorite on-site with a non-membrane electrode system and hence simple to maintain.  I imagine the cost to ship to Nepal may be an issue though.  Let me know if you would like me to put them in contact with you.  Ian Pearson ipearson@mweb.co.za.

Depends how much you need, and the cost for purchase and the availability and cost  of electricity,    There are  commercial systems for making chlorine on site by electrolysis of sodium chloride. Chlorine is an excellent disinfectant and easy to use and lowest cost.
