Dear Nilam, as we all know Line Stopping services are utilized to prevent unwanted shutdowns and keep critical piping and pipeline systems online during tie-ins, relocations, repairs, retrofits, and routine maintenance.
If you could provide some info like where is shutting down happeing, I may be in position to explain my solution and our services.
Best.

Thank you for your comment Hiro.
The line stop is would be used for all the scenarios you have mentioned in your comment. As for a water company the situation can vary considerably.
Hope this helps.

We are looking to use line stops as a means of assisting in isolation/reduction in properties affected during bursts and other maintenance activities, this could be in rural or unban situations on large or small diameter materials.
With the ability to carry out the small diameter line stop ourselves we are looking to purchase suitable equipment which will enable us to carry out this work, for larger diameter pipes we outside our ability/desire to deliver and so are looking to set up a service agreement with an appropriate company who will deliver this operation at our request.
Primarily the shutdowns will be to reduce the number of properties within the isolation area where sluice valves are not available.
