What is the most reliable material in a high chloride content, from 15% to 25% environment and at temperatures from 60 C to 90 C? Sandvik 2507 looks a real possibility. Would you consider Carbon Steel + Coating as a cheaper alternative?

Having worked long time in hot climate I have learned that PVC has 60 degrees C as maximum temperature,,,

CS with PP or PVC or rubber lining is the cost effective solution.

Pending the pressure I would consider PP instead of anything containing iron. Chloride concentration is high!

Better go to choose SS304/316 material but getting the coating (PVC) over Carbon steel shall also be a good and economical option.

Sandvik 2507 resists at chloride concentration 0,2%. So, it does not fit on your occasion.

May you can use FRP, BTW what's pressure rating. Hastelloy should also work, CS with Coutchuc (natural rubber) can also done.

Coating and carbon steel will not have the same flexibility at temperature deviation, so coating will peel off, except if it will be caoutchouc (rubber) coating, which is proposed by me.
