Hi Laurent;

Please ahve a look at www.clearford.com we are currently doing just such a project in a village of 56 homes and a small local school having a population of between 250-300. We are putting in our smart digesters which are anaerobic biodigesters that do not use cultured bacteria, a pipe network and a structured wetland at the end so that the water can be reused for local agriculture. The project was done keeping in mind the paying capacity both in terms of CAPEX and OPEX and we currently anticipate OPEX will be in the order of INR 1000/month (USD 15-16/month) for the entire community excluding the cost of hiring a local handyman to maintain.
