To reduce all known and unknown toxic substances use the Archaea which will chelate all loose electrons from their elemental form.  When these items are in their non toxic nutritional form there is no need for any filtering system. You now have mineral water that has been super oxygenated.  Drink, crop irrigation, put in river to ocean. I am sure Ocean (dead zones) would appreciate free oxygen and eliminate all dead zones everywhere.
