Dear Alireza, There are ...

Dear Alireza,

There are many options that you can use, but we will need more information to help you.

A more detailed explanation on the designed process and parameters to treat are needed (volumes, concentrations, tank geometry) to you can find the best option.

You could use from venturi,  fine bubble diffusers, mechanical mixers, jet mixers and others, but it will depend on many parameters and data based on your design.

One of the more economic treatment is the biologic one and I recommend the MBBR, but if you have no enough area you could use any AOP, and I recommend ozonation as one of the best methods. We could use supplying some devices, MBBR media or even any design for this interesting project.

Even you could use an hybrid system biologic-AOP depending on many factors.

Then, more information is needed.

Dear Mr. Coronado

Hi. At present, there are no storage tanks. Its a stream of waste that we have to calculate the storage tank as the source of the reservoir and also point to start the process. The mentioned effluent has iron particles with pH=8 to 8.5. Yet there is no exact analysis. We are waiting for the samples. About the grease, I should clarify that it`s not water soluble oil yet we can scrub it off from the top of the storage or process tank. About the Iron particles, we are planning to do AOP due to oxidize the particles.

I will publish the waste analysis ASAP and give you more details.

Again thanks for your kind attention.

Dear Alireza,

Thanks for your update.

I will wait for your update with more info including the description of the process that generates the wastewater, important lab analysis and any other importand comment you considere to help you.
