Dear Dragos, In most of the ...

Dear Dragos,

In most of the cases the simplicity of the treatment system is the key for the piggeries.
We can help you using a simple and really effective bicleaner patented technology.

It can treat wastewater from piggeries with no odor using the auto generated microorganisms in a bioreactor submerged in the same treatment lagoons. Then you will not need dose any bacterial formulation or chemical product.

It can even digest the biological sludge inside the lagoons and you will have to extract sludge in months (or even years) of operation. Even after the treatment you can recycle the water to wash the farm installations and the odor will go.

Contact to me sending the data (lab analysis, contact data, other important information) of your project (inbox) and we can help studying your case to recommend the solution you need.

Hi Dragos, Why not ...

Hi Dragos,

Why not Biofilter they can be built and run very cheaply and be very effective.

I assume the odour problem comes from then pig manure so it is a question of manure mangment. Floors and premises can be washed with hydrolysed water that will help sanitised the neviroment and reduce odour problem without any by product. If your interested get in touch.

Dear Gerald,

The odour problem comes from the housing, from the barns not from the manure management. For the manure, we use the closed lagoon system, after separation into solid and liquid fractions (the liquid fraction is deposit for a time period of 4 up to 6 month into the closed lagoons).

Can you please share me more about this hydroysed water you are talking about? Please use the following e-mail adress: dragbrin@yahoo.com Best regards, Dragos

Dear Gerd,

Regarding manure management we are using the closed lagoons system (for the liquid fraction of the manure). So I am interested more in some revolutionary technology for the barns (except bioscrubber/biofilter)

Dear Dragos, The most ...

Dear Dragos,
The most simplest and effective solution for reducing odor can be the treatment of ndustrial premises, lagoons and other by biological preparations with effective microorganisms (EM-technology). Depending on the situation (distances to residential buildings, characteristics of lagoons and manure, of possible temperatures in summer, etc.) more capital decisions may be required.

Bioremediation is still the ...

Bioremediation is still the preferred way. By using the Archaea species odors are eliminated, all pathogens disappear, and the remainder is potable drinking water and  elemental nutrients. Both can be used for additional farming activities.  May I direct your attention to the USDA's N.O.P. (National Organic Program). Under acceptable additives to soils you can read a short list of what they require. The treated pig slur qualifies. Under the 100% Organic section.  Organics were not our goal. Just pure science.
