For Australia, water is a State rather than a Federal government responsibility - so the more detailed policy is specified at the State level. At a Federal government level the main position is climate risk is equally shared by parties with water entitlements, with the exception of water required for critical human needs ( drinking and sanitation).

Very nice work to do in that way. Here in Argentina we are working with different actors (NGO's, Private Companies, Academic & Scientific organizations, and Government) gathering information in order to build the basis for a national law for water access.
