Wonderful concept.  The "pays for itself" statement is a bit hard to swallow. Technology not new.  the (ORI) oil recovery initiative was developed at The University of Texas at Austin. Research done in the 70's, testing and field trials in the 80's, went public in the early 90's. I do like the idea of recovery as it fits the ZERO Waste concept.  Boils down to Recover or clean it. we call it remediation. Nature calls it bioremediation. using of oil eating microbes with zero waste and no residue.  short view.....  more options, more profit.
