Helen,  We are using several approaches,  Our site is under 3 feet of water. First we are fencing the area with a membrane fence that will let the water through but not he oil. In this double fences paremeter we will also be using OspreySorb a 30:1 nontoxic cellulose sorbent. then on site we are skimming, the using an incredible product that has incredible results in 30 days, even heavy metals. We will be treating to 60M aquifer. Within the water tables we are using nanobubbling system with our solution!  Next week we will be testing to the aquifer level and will have so much more information.
