Mary; Someone is pulling a scam. Chemical intervention will not be effective. Only microbial intervention will work. If there is a portion of their infrastructure that will actually inspect each powdered product then I would recommend a very small microbe that is 1/10,000 the size of the smallest bacteria. The RNA group name for this species is Archaea.  The only way you can tell they are there is with a scanning electron microscope. That will only show millions together but never able to see a single one. South Africa uses this microbe more than any other country. The USDA/NOP has approved it as 100% organic and the W.T.O. has authorized its use because of its natural ability to eliminate all pathogens and toxins. When it is shipped into any country with corrupt officials it is identified by its ISO number and as a "Healing Clay"  Which also happens to be true.  I am in Texas. If you want an expert closer to you Jean Marius from France I believe is the most knowledgeable.
