Open Source 1D fluid dynamics software?

Question

Hi can anyone recommend open source / free software to calculate culvert - pipe sizes for transmitting storm water flow.
I have used an old old copy of Flowmaster previously but it has crashed on me.
Any help or recommendations would be great.
