If it is all running off in to one trench collect it without the gravel and then you can clean it and re use the water on the golf course and playing fields. This would help pay for the costs of the equipment.
To help we would need to know the flow rate and if it is continuous. We would need a 5 litre sample of the water which we would do an analysis on to confirm that it can be cleaned.
It is possible to remove all organic and most metals from the water into a dry granular waste.
