What daily volume of wastewater are we discussing?
We are talking about only 2 ppm of cyanides in a concentrated wastewater... if they were really a problem, you could use a little sodium hypochlorite to neutralise those traces of cyanides.
The alternatives of ozone or hydrogen peroxide seem to me to be more complicated in this case, as well as the possible galvanic oxidation.

All the hipochlorit and hydrogen peroxid are demanded to oxidize the organics detergents.
