It is possible. Generally the oil and grease won't be more the 20 PPM. This kind of wastewater needs a special treatment. It is important to understand what will be the use of treated water before a recommendation can be made for treatment. I agree with Mr. Meesa. PPM level of oil/ grease appears to be higher than expected.
