Dear Abdus - this really depends on what parameters you are looking to measure. My company - TECTA-PDS, supplies a remote system for microbial detection, specifically E. coli and coliforms bacteria. The system is called the Tecta-B16, and it offers both email and SMS communications. It is extremely easy to use, provides fully automated results interpretation and reporting, and is US EPA approved for drinking water testing, among many other approvals. Materials attached here.
