Are using air to sparge or stir the liquid in the tank to keep it from settling? Or, are the blowers just for sweeping the head space of the tank to remove vapors? If its just the head space, you could start by installing a demister box with impinge plates to cause mist droplets to condense and drop out. Conventional wet scrubbers for air pollution control use chevron blade demisters after the packed bed, a chevron type demister would probably work in this case as long as the air velocity isn't too high.

Blowers are used to blow out hydrogen gas from the tank to avoid explosion. I like your suggestion. Thanks
