   we can introduce any gas including / carbon dioxide or nitrogen and both together using our nanobubble system... Bubble size can be between 1-5 micron....

7. At least in beer much finer bubbles are achieved by using nitrogen rather than CO2. Whether that would work in water I can't say. 

8. Of course you know how to carbonate the water. The bubble size is a function of the concentration, pressure and the viscosity of the water.

9. More information is needed but look into ozone treatment.
