dear Tamer and Bruno, Biological solutions are not slow.  you have little set up cost and can be set at almost no time.  in less than 24hours there will be no odor and it will not come back.  this includes the set up time....and the opex cost is so much lower.  

if you use stripping, the set up time alone would take months.  not including the permitting process.
