To start with, it is in general a good custom to give your name when asking a question, so I know whom I am dealing with!
Regards your question, there are many dosing systems and those based on peristaltic movement are according to my experience the best. They can be delivered with a sensor, but then of course the type of chemical(s) has to be known. Moreover, should the dosing be inside the well or outside after the water has been pumped ?
