May someone offer the kinematic viscosity of 75% ethylene glycol (and 25% water) @40 °C for pump seal oil, and attach the literature or data book, many thanks.

You can probably get a reasonably good approximation of the kinematic viscosity using standard mixing rules, i.e. multiply the kinematic viscosity of each component times its mole-fraction of the mixture and take the sum of the two resulting products.
